If you use the search feature in this fourm
there is so much good useful information on many subjects. Here is an example.

just want to add for those who are new, the search function here lists its results in REVERSE chronological order. That is counter-intuitive to me but works fine once you are aware of it.

I kept searching things and sayin to myself "its been years since people talked about this"...then i discovered page two, three, etc

Hey, Im a lil slow i guess Image

Forum FAQ is a good tool too, but its not readily visible...or is it?
[This message was edited by Ben Jones on 22 January 2006 at 08:30 AM.]

There are several Forum features and functions that are not obvious to the new user.

Since most new users don't seem to visit the 'Forum Feedback' section of the Forum, much of the useful information is never seen.

click here to see Frequently Asked Questions and other info on using the Forum more effectively.

I would really like to see this information more prominently displayed since I often end up answering questions and discussing the same topics many times. If people knew how to do a little Forum researchh many of those questions would be unnecessary.
