Carter Steel Prem necks?

Hi Forum !

I was just wanting to know what the prem. machined necks are, that I seen on the for sell page?

if anyone has seen the Magumn steel, does it have the BCT...I haven't seen any info on
this Steel by Carter.....

The premium edged neck option for the Carters has a squared off edge, as opposed to the standard rolled edge !
