MSA Semi-Classic questions for Reese

Post by Nick Anderson »

Hello,

Is there a way to get a new MSA decal for my old Semi-Classic?

The one that is on the guitar is worn. The guitar look pretty good, only the decal is messed up.

Also, here is the serial number . . .

1S130

. . . any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Nick Anderson

Nick....First of all may I say thank you for playing an MSA, and for providing me the opportunity to be of help to you.

Serial number 1S-130 was originally sent to Progressive Music. (location unknown) It shopws to be a rosewood color and it left the factory with 3 pedals and 1 knee lever.

Evidently there were production design changes made on the Semi Classic model just before yours. The records clearly state we were using the "new design" when your guitar was produced.

If your guitar had a "stick on" decal, I can't help you. However, if it has a plastic oval decal I might be able to find one for you....although I can't promise.

If you would care to contact me personally you may do so by going to www.msapedalsteels.com where you will find my email address.

The decal is important I know, but that is a great guitar and I wished I owned one like it
with or without the decal.
