Thanks on The Lub Question

Thanks a lot for the responses to my "oil or not to oil" question. There is a wealth of experience on the forum and super people who are willing to share.

Sometime back, I came across a small tube, approximately 1/2 inch diameter and 5" long. The tube says "Tufoil Lubit-8" it has a 1" needle point nozzle which reaches all the points I feel that need oiled on my guitar, (I've kept my Emmons oiled). I think that I got them at a TSC, (Tractor Supply Company) store and as I remember they only cost a couple of bucks.

Anyway my new Rains is now oiled, and thanks greatly for your input.
