:) That photo of Duke was taken in Hawaii at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel during one of our HSGA Conventions.
Duke's 4-neck Fender and I believe it was Frank Miller's 3-neck Fender. I've had that photo in my files since the convention. The good old days. :D
