Who Built Dal-Tone Steel Guitars

Took one in on trade and know nothing about it.Well built ,lite weight SD-10 with great tone. Can someone help me out. When I sell it ,I would like to give the buyer as much info as possible.

That's odd. Google pulls up two hits for Dal Tone. Both are on the SGF, and one of them is this thread!

The other is from SGF member Mike Layne and posted 22 January 2000. He writes;

The Dal-Tone was built by J.C.Williams out of Dallas. He died a few years back.

Daniel, I bought an old pedalmaster on ebay
a while back. Im sure it was made before you bought the name. Its pretty Primative.
looks like the changers were cut out on a band saw.
Any idea who mite have built it
