Randy,
What was in your rack at the steel jam on Tuesday night? The tone was superb.

Hello Frank. Many thanks.
In my rack I have an Alembic F-2B tube preamp, to a TC Electronics G Major for reverb and delay, then to a DBX 166 compressor. The compressor is set so slight I can't hear it work. That's more for the studio than live, but it keeps me from overdriving the amps inputs. After the compressor I ran to the power amp inputs of two Peavey Nashville 112s. Those are mighty little amps.

Frank the best thing Randy had in his rack
is Randy. Head, hands, feet, and heart. I was
there and heard some great pickin' from Randy
and Russ and all the players and singers on that stage. Thanks Frank for asking the question and Randy for answering it. I really wanted to know also.
[This message was edited by Chuck McGill on 07 July 2005 at 05:59 AM.]

[This message was edited by Chuck McGill on 07 July 2005 at 03:02 PM.]
