Emmons S 10 LACQUER.. need info..

Post by Bob Carlucci »

There is one on ebay @ $999 BIN... I am REAL interested, but don't know much about the lacquer body Emmons guitars.. they are pretty rare compared to mica cabinet Emmons. This is an early/mid 80's guitar.. would it be a P/P or all pull??

Is there something undesirable about them??.. Now watch... after this post that Emmons will be wiped off the ebay site within seconds!! Image

Anyway,if you decide not to buy it out from under me, what can you tell me about these guitars?? Do they sound more "Sho Buddy" than other Emmons?? any help at all ?? bob
[This message was edited by Bob Carlucci on 04 February 2005 at 05:53 AM.]

[This message was edited by Bob Carlucci on 04 February 2005 at 05:54 AM.]

Never mind.. It sold within a few minutes after I posted this.. early fri morning... I went back to ebay to bid less than an hour after this post and it was gone. It had JUST gone on a few hours previously.

I kinda figured that might happen. i have to learn to be a little less trusting I guess! Image.. anyway whoever stlman02 is, I hope you enjoy your sweet lacquer Emmons.. I know I would have.... bob
[This message was edited by Bob Carlucci on 04 February 2005 at 06:36 AM.]

If you have an eBay account, click on WATCH ITEM when you see something interesting like this. It then shows up in your "my eBay", even after it is sold.

I did that recently to a D10 Carter, that sold within a day. Item number: 3779975523

It won't help you get it but it's interesting to see what happened.
