There were at least a couple. One was something like "12 Shuffles" and it had what it said, including Crazy Arms, Walk Me to the Door and The Other Woman.
There was also "Half a Dozen Shuffles" which contained different arrangements. I had the 12 Shuffles as a gift from my teacher back in 1981. I've lost the tab and the LP that came with it.
2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects

Steel Guitars of North County has a number of Emmons courses available with tab and CD. Maybe they could help you identify what you're looking for. I recently ordered from them and received my order in 3 days. Very friendly and easy to work with. Their website is www.steelguitars.me

Emmons Courses:
Basic C6
Half Duzin Shuffles
Expo E9
E9 Chord Vocabulary
Intros & Turnarounds 1 & 2
Christmas Sounds
Plus 6 Swingin' Series courses
