I have a tremendous amount of respect for Bruce as a person and as an inovative builder of a super instrument.
[This message was edited by Morton Kellas on 10 November 2004 at 07:41 AM.]

I have only had a couple of questions to ask of Bruce, but both times I called , he took the time to help me out, and has always offered more help if I needed it ...
I'm proud to own, and play one of his instruments...They are superior instruments , built by a genuinely wonderfull person, not to mention his pedal steel building skills !!.....Jim

I have to chime in here, Bruce is Amazing, I broke one of my pedal rods recently and he sent it to me in (2) days..not to mention the other times that I've called him and he's always helped me. Now that's "Customer Service" for ya. My Thanks to Bruce Zumsteg..

I shot off a letter to Bruce recently, enquiring about the cost of a few parts etc, and he sent me a brand new ZUM teeshirt along with his replying letter !! Hows that for a gem of a man -- ! (and it was the right size !)

What's the best way to get in touch with Bruce? can you get him on the phone fairly easy, or do I need to write him. I need to order a pull rod for RKL. I want to hook the 3rd string lower on C6 up. there's already a bell crank there, just need the pull rod, pin, and nylon tuning nut and spacer.
can somebody give me his address and or phone number? thanks
Terry

Hey Randy, I'm just down the road from you in Whitesboro. I'll just bring it on over one day!

I'm buying a U-12 from forum member Mike Spaeth up by Fayetteville.

Terry...(816)380-4568. Bruce will be the one that answers. Refreshing to be able to talk to the man that built your guitar! What a great guy to deal with.
