Lever Lock for the LKR Knee Lever?

Post by Grant Johnson »

I am finding that as I progress on the E9 PSG that I use my inside left knee lever more and more to make those "6th Style" swingy passages happen. I have noticed that some companies offer a lever lock on their U-12 PSG's. Had anyone made a home-made lever lock for their E9? It seems like it might be an easy modification...

Easy, yes, but I personally wouldn't recommend it. It just limits you too much when you think of the tuning only as a 6th based tuning. Besides, unless you're using LKL at the same time as the LKR you want to "lock", you're doing a lotta work, and gaining absolutely...nothing.
