Drop pin Emmons vol pedal

Post by Jon Kemppainen »

I am modifying my Dekley to fit an Emmons volume pedal. Can anyone let me know the distance from the right front leg that I need to drill the hole in the pedal bar. Also, what diameter does the hole need to be?
I'll be fabricating the tabs, or if I get lucky, I'll find some of those too.

Thanks,

Jon

On my D10 p/p, the hole is 5/16", and it's center is about 2 1/2" from the leg cutout, which would be the side of the leg. This is quite close to the leg, but it was put there so the guitar would still have room for 2 more pedals to the right of the "standard" 8th pedal. I haven't seen a lot of Emmons' guitars with 10 floor pedals, but there's quite a few out there with 9.
[This message was edited by Donny Hinson on 14 August 2004 at 04:07 PM.]
