A Humble Rendition

Post by Scott A. Anderson »

After hearing Buck Reid play "CRY" at the steel show last year, I just had to play it. That song just speaks to me, especially on steel. I'm sure others have played it. Buck's techniques are pretty unique IMO. Not the way I was taught to play, so I knew it would be a discovery for me. I love getting in the minds of other players, especially one like Buck's. My humble rendition.

Scott, since I have never heard Buck play that tune,
I can say your rendering is the best I have ever heard! Great Job.
