Dick, let's not age ourselves any more than necessary. Corn Pickin' and Slick Slidin' came out in 1969, so at some point this year it will have been 47 years. :wink:

One of my favorites. I did it on my "Over My Shoulder" CD. I sent Ralph a copy and he sent me back a nice handwritten letter and a poster. Also, my band opened for Jerry Lee Lewis and James Burton was with him and he signed my vinyl copy of the album.

Mark....When you get to my age a year or two doesn't matter that much. I figure I'm lucky just to remember it.

Clyde....I would love to hear your version of it, as the song just grabs you, and sets your foot in motion. Wonderful tune also.... :D :D :D
