Yeah, looks like it is Robby. I read some other info./websites that states he was touring with Waylon at that time. As an aside, I didn't realize he played steel for The Singing Rambos, Gospel group back in the 70's.
I listened to a lot if that music back then, I suppose I copied a bit of his material.
