Tim . I think may be the great Robby Turner. in his younger years. sounds like Robbys style and I know Robby did play with Waylon. on and of over the years. :)

Yeah, looks like it is Robby. I read some other info./websites that states he was touring with Waylon at that time. As an aside, I didn't realize he played steel for The Singing Rambos, Gospel group back in the 70's.

I listened to a lot if that music back then, I suppose I copied a bit of his material.
