Tried out a new CARTER
To anyone who is intrested: Last night I got to try out a new Carter D-10 (8&7}. It belonged to Bill Stoud (BJS) bars. Being an "Emmons Nut" I had already decided I would"nt like it. WRONG. It did'nt take but a few courds and licks for me to realize that I was sitting behind a great guitar. I did'nt find anything I did'nt like about it. I'm not planning on buying a new guitar anytime soon but I sure would like to have that one. Bobbe, I liked it. I just could'nt help it. I just hope we can still be friends.------Eddie

These guitars are fine. I got to play one in St. Louis this past labor day at Scotty's convention. Great pedal action as well as terrific tone. Even with the recent price increase, they're well worth the investment. I particularly like the new Custom Shop models with the laquer bodies. I highly recommend you order one. Nick
