Bushings For 1983 Ldg Sho~bud

Does anyone on the forum know where I might find the neoprene bushings that were installed in these vintage SHO~BUD guitars? The ones I need are 1/2" long with a collar at one end that rests against the knee lever axle bracket. (alum L bracket) The inside of the bushing has a 5/16" hex configuration.
