we are getting ready to have our 2/nd annual steel guitar show at the elks club in dothan alabama on june 22nd. show will start at 2/pm until. everyone is welcome, admission is 10.00 per person which will include a free barbeque pork plate. i will post a list of players as soon as i contact everyone, also will post details of motels if anyone needs a place to stay....thanks jack

here is a tentative players list (90% confirmed)....gordon dodson, don lynch, eugene hendrix, scotty ward, jimmy miller from dothan alabama, jimmy miller from florida, shorty smith, larry knighton anthony griswold, clyde bloodworth, leon champion, von chappel, dwight hutson, carey harper, lamar colvin builder of lamar steel guitars, wayne morgan, larice missildine, bill cook (president of the alabama steel guitar assoc.) pee wee dutton, ricky cottle, sorry if i left anyone out, but i will update any changes....the address of the elks club is....3047 ross clark circle, dothan alabama....also will have a great line up of backup musicians... and i forgot one , i will be playing also....thanks jack

I don't have a pedal steel at the moment, and I haven't played one in over 30 years. I'm looking to buy something and get back into playing.

Like Kevin said, it would be really great to be able to meet you. You need to come on Saturday so I can take you to Panama City Beach to hear some local musicians. I'll even buy you a beer! lol
