Legs that hold your steel upside down for repairs

Post by Jeff Metz Jr. »

Does anybody remember who made those legs that go between the legs and body of the steel to elevate the steel to be worked on? I would like to buy a set if they are still available. If not I guess Ill be building my own set.
Thanks

People that own Emmons PP guitars install these and leave them on ! Sense they spend more time upside down than on the leg's.
Just ask Seymour.

Jeff,
I'll have them at my studio Tuesday.
You can borrow them or buy a set on eBay.

I hardly ever have to work on my my P/Ps. they stay in tune for years....much better than my all-pulls do.

When I do work-on [or rebuild] guitars I use a particle-board stand that was especially buit for steels. It's adjustable for any brand or model, and is similar to the ones we used to build Sierras. Nothing to attach or detach
