Google Chrome Browser and PNG's ?

Recently noticed my Google Chrome browser won't display .png images. Every other image is fine be they .jpg, .gif, etc etc but those pesky .png's can't be seen.

Any ideas what needs to be changed or configured to fix this? Couldn't find anything in the Chrome "help" page.

No idea why yours won't. I dragged a few of my .png images into Chrome and it displayed them fine.

Unfortunately, Google, in their infinite wisdom, chose in Chrome not to provide nearly the depth of settings offered in Firefox, for example, so there's little to check or change there.

Oddly enough though the .png thing seems to be most prevalent on a truck site and eBay too---not sure what's up there.
