I'm plannin on catchin Marty in Hanford,ca in April and was wonderin if Marty ever tours with a pedal steel player. Anyone know?

Marty travels with the Fabulous Superlatives. The Superlatives are: Paul Martin on bass & Vocals, Harry Stinson on drums & vocals, and Kenny Vaughan on guitar & vocals. No steel player, but they sound massive for a four piece band.

Now if the show also has Connie Smith, on the bill with Marty, then she may have Gary Carter on steel.

Yep, that crossed my mind. The Fabulous Superlatives are just a great band and even without a steel player they rock the house for sure, a steel player would just be an extra bonus for me.
