Half Measure

I don't see anywhere to add a half-measure in Band In A Box 2011. Is it possible?

You can insert a bar, then right click inside the new bar and select bar properties. From there make it 2 beats instead of four and you have a half measure. Assuming, of course, that you're in 4/4 time.
