Bass player Jack Myers info?

Anybody know where I might find some info about Jack Myers, who played with Buddy Guy in the early to mid sixties? I know he died about a month ago, was a friend of Charlie Musslewhite, and had played in Charlie's band. Had a very unique, adventurous style on the bass, kind of "free jazz" at times.
