The title of it is:

Calculating With Tones
The Logarithmic Logic of Music
by
Klaus Kuehn and Rodger Shepherd

It starts with the Pythagorean associations of math and music, and goes all the way to Schoenberg's musical slide rules... something for a rainy day, maybe. Or a rainy month, or year.
