Michael Been 1950- 2010
A few weeks ago I've read about the sudden death of Michael Been in 2010. He was the leader of eighties' band "The Call". I was a big fan. He had a voice that could make the walls fall down. Just wanted to let those of you know, who knew and appreciated this band. RIP Michael Been.

Thats too bad. Great bass player too. One of my favorite bands was Original Haze. The line up was Jerry Miller (Moby Grape), guitar, Cornelius Bumpus ( The Grape, Doobie Bros.) keyboards and sax, Michael Been, bass, Johnny Tequila ( The Grape), drums. They were together for a couple of years. Great band.
