Parts of screen are black

I can not see the chords or song style etc, they are black. I get a message about not drum notes also. Help

Larry,

Sounds like a video driver issue.Try resitting BIAB to factory defaults. If that doesn't work, go to pgmusic.com and make sure you have the current build for your version. And.............. if that doesn't fix it, do a reinstall.

I forgot to add that this is the hard drive for 2010, an upgrade to my previous BB versions. I could see everything when I first got it but many areas are black now.

UPDATE: My wife worked with me to change the color under opt so I am in business again.

I had the same problem. I called PG music support and they helped me right away. As I recall there are a couple of files they had me delete. Its an easy fix when you call them.

I was having all kinds of trouble with BIAB. I called and they had me delete the following 2 files and it works so much better now. I was getting lots of error messages.
