1964 Strat On eBay

Post by Steve Raulston »

This isn't my guitar nor is there any affiliation with the owner. I am posting this because it could be an golden opportunity for someone with a little extra for investments! I know if I had some play money at this time, I would be in the race. Check it out and you be the judge. Take care.

Now it's down. Must have been either too good to be true or some scam artist. Go figure. Sorry for the waste of bandwidth.

'64 Sratocaster

Post by Dana Blodgett »

I noticed a pre CBS 1964 Fender Srat on Modesto, Ca. Craigslist for $4000, supposedly 100% complete, ash tray cover & blonde case too! Add was dated 10-03-10. I don't know if it's still available. I have no affiliation with owner> Just seemed too good to be true! Sunburst with rosewood neck...I think that would be Brazilian Rosewood and and clay position markers. It looked to be in VERY good condition. An opportunity of a lifetime! I'd go for it but already have too many. Incidentally my first electric was a '64 strat just like this!

This person has a ton of interesting stuff on ebay right now:

I have NO connection to them, expressed or implied. Some pretty cool lapsteels up for grabs there too.

Yeah I like that seller. Lots of stuff and no reserve prices. The starting price is always low and the bidding hot.
