... is about as far from a household name as you can get but he's one fine player. He played on a zillion sessions in LA back in the day.

I love the record "Nashville Guitars" that he produced compiling some of the best Tele players there. Boomer Castleman gave me a copy of it as I was headed out of town to drive back to Denver--somewhere in Kentucky I realized I was driving about 90mph...fast tele picking and driving almost equaled a speeding ticket...:)

I always think of Louie when I hear "Diamond Girl" by Seals & Crofts. :)
