Great tune. I have a cover of it on my CD, "Cohen Goin' Country".

Everybody and his brother has done this song including Lester Flatt, Ray Charles, and a veritable plethora of country artists. I think the original tune was from Delaney and Bonnie Bramlett in the early 70's. I remember it well from my carousing days.

The Loveless/Yoakam duet version is on the Patty Loveless CD from 2005 titled Dreamin' my Dreams. It's all bluegrassy with dobro and other acoustic instruments.

Don't know if you can find it as a single anywhere.

I think the first version I ever heard was by the New Seekers performing on TV in the early 1970s. But Delaney and Bonnie's version is my favourite.

Legend has it that one of the backup singers on the Bonnie & Delaney cut was none other than Gram Parsons.
