Steel Guitar: "At The House Without a Key"

Post by Kay Das »

Here is another tune I recorded with permission for my CD " Sunrises and Sunsets" in 2005. This was another composition by Vic Rittenband and Nancy Gustafsson,

Played on electro-acoustic Charvel Jackson D maj tuning and West Coast C6, key of A. Steel/ Bass Guitars: Kay Das, Rhythm Guitars: Archie Fairhurst.

Give it a listen.

PS George Keoki Lake, if you are listening, I did try to re-connect with Vic but have not received a reply.

am fairly certain things have been solved during the past few days. Try again...should work now.

Kay, It's a pity you're using a FREE service and not hosting the files yourself, because the link you've given us requires membership of the free hosting site if one wishes to listen to the file.
You SHOULD use your Mac.me as that would be accessible to all without having to jump through hoops.

This is what the link points to :-

And in the browser's menu bar the message below appears..

You've sent us a link to YOUR login page ??

And of course the "Session HAS expired" as it says.

Maybe it's just a problem with the ISP's handshaking protocol transatlantically ? This is like a "Treasure Hunt"

Beautiful photos, Kay. Mahalo for them.
We have sat here many, many times in the last 17 years. In fact,-17 trips to Hawaii.
I noticed at the very far end of the beach, near Diamond Head is the New Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel.
Have you ever been there for their coco mac chicken or their portuguese bean soup? Very delicious. More important was Arthur Lyman played there every Friday at lunch time. We sure do miss him. The place will never be the same without him.
Thanks again for the very nice photos.
