Song File, or Link To It?

How can I put a song up on this forum?

I know this has been explained many times, but I still don't get it.

So for the ill & mis-informed, please help again.

Here is the simplest way for an audio post IMO. Be able to select your .mp3 tune from your hard drive or CD after selecting Browse in the Picosong window. Hit upload...after the tune has uploaded right click on the tune and copy it and then paste it to the post box like I did below. Then anyone who wants to listen to it can click on it and hear your tune. You cannot directly upload a audio or video file to this Forum. It has to have a host such as picosong.com for audio or youtube for video.
