So,how many of you were there at Joe's Great Amercian Bar & Grill for " Archie Francis's " Benefit show by Mayf Nutter & Pete Anderson?

I was there...playing all day with the house band, for my old pal Archie.
Nice to see so many familiar faces, but not so nice to remember why we were all there.
I'll miss him.

Let's see... also in the house band was Wayne Durham on bass, Carmine Psardo on gtr, and John Palmer on drums. Johnny Blankenship did a set with his band, Sue Smart did a couple tunes, John Thomas sat in on keys with Albert, and Arnie Moore did some sitting in on bass. Archie's band did a set, with Mark Goldberg on bass, Stephan Franck on gtr. Ron Finn played some gtr...Al Vescovo sat in on stl...John McDuffie played gtr, Peter Freiberger played some bass.

I know I'm forgetting a whole bunch of folks. John McClung took a bunch of pics... he might be able to fill in the gaps.

This is off subject, but my wife knew Mayf in West Virginia. She is from the same area as Mayf.
