Info for small Peavey amp

Post by Frank Parish »

I seen a new Peavey amp yesterday although it didn't have anything easy to remember to identify it so I'll have to describe it. It was a small one with a 12" Blue Marvel speaker, 75 watts RMS, and it has a knob on it that had delay, chorus and a bunch of different effects. It also has an USB input like on your computer and a small one for headphones. It's solid state and small like the NV 112 so I want to know if this thing would be about the same as the NV 112 but with a lot of effects and things the NV 112 doesn't have.

That's the Vypyr 75, a modeling amp, $300 from Musician's Friend. I haven't tried the Vypyr amps yet, so can't express any opinion.

It's a sharp looking little guy and priced right. It's the same price at Best Buy too.
