I read about Alan's house in Franklin TN was put up for sale not too long ago. Does anybody know where he lives now?

I have a friend who wants his mailing address. How would one go about mailing him a letter. If you use his fan mail address, does it actually reach him? Given that, does anybody know his fan mail adress?
