looking for best on line 6 string lessons
I need to learn more on regular 6 string guitar and I would like to get on line lessons. Does anyone have any suggestion? Thanks in advance, Dennis

Thanks for your replies guys, There are tons of choices and thats the point. Ive seen on line to be carefull. Some sites are great and others are a waste of time and are just afer your money. I should of explained myself a bit better.

I have been using the True Fire stuff for about 10 years. They have a variety of media to choose from. Their original CD courses are primarily taken from Guitar Player Magezine lessons from the 70's and 80's. Great stuff, covering the entire spectrum of guitar playing. Each lesson has tab and often music notation, and an audio file explaining how to play the examples, as well as the examples themselves. Many of these courses also inlclude power tab.
Their newer courses are video courses, again including tab and power tab. In my opinion these are top rate, and are a great bargain. I have recently purchased 2 of their audio courses, "Caged Cracked" taught by Brad Carlton and "Slow Blues" taught by Andy Aledort. Both are excellent courses, IMHO. All of their courses will run any 486 or better computer with no additional software needed.
They also have a variety of free lessons that you can sample in all of their media.
IF that is not enough, they offer special packages, for streaming online video, making much of their video catalog available at your demand. I have not purchased this feature, but if it's right for you it seems to be a good deal.
