Jammed with Jay Dee many times. You bet he's a super picker for sure. Tell him hello from Country Dave. He played for a year or so with The Ventures around the mid 80's. Jay Dee and Nokie together was really something.

I sure do remember JD. In the early 70s, before Marty that is, he was the hot ticket. I still have a couple of Pacific Northwest band vanity albums he played on. RC Bannon in particular. Great band. RC with Ice. Let's see it was JD, Katz Kobayashi, Michael Clothier, Ray Arthur and what was that drummer's name? He always wore a puka shell necklace and smelled of petulie oil.

So, glad to see and hear JD again. Where is he these days. Was that video shot in Arizona?

Haven't seen him for awhile....last time I saw him he was playing in the steakshouse at Rawhide...I lost his Phone #....so I can't call him....Jack
