Vince Gill - Buttermilk John
What a superb tribute to such a
great man and his lovely wife!
I feel certain that Miss Jean
is quite pleased with this song!

Laid-back Country picker with a laid-back Country mind; don't let the suit and tie fool you.

What a class act Vince is. I first him do this on The Crook and Chase Show (on RFD) 3 or 4 months ago (?) with Tommy White playing some great steel on it. Paul is the steeler I think can get the closest to John's sound (that I've heard anyway). Great playing Paul. Of course, all I saw was a pair of white hands. Could it have been the ghost of John playing?
