Songs that Grate on your Nerves!!!
You know the songs I'm referring to. Annoying songs that drone on endlessly, but were big hits for some odd reason. The 1970s were full of such songs, in my opinion. Song like: Feelings, You Light Up My Life, The Rose, All By Myself, etc. Country Music had it's share of annoying songs too... like Achy Breaky Heart and some of the country "line dance mixes" from a few years ago. What songs drive You up a wall?

I could fill up b0b's hard drive with this stuff. But, "Amanda" really does it for me.....and most of those 1,4,5 Chuck Berry type rock and roll boogie woogie songs that all sound alike. That "If I Could Ye, Would Ye, Be My Baby Tonight" (whatever the words are... and any good country ballad that is played too fast.
I agree with Charles about "The Dance".
And last but not least: "Good Ole Butter Beans"

I hate songs that have some stupid riff that goes on and on, over and over again, like "Cocaine" and "Sweet Home Alabama". Not to diss cocaine or Clapton
, I just don't like that particular song. And oh yeah, "I Don't Think Hank Done It This Way" is even worse. That's not even a riff, just 2 chords over and over...

I agree with Theresa on this !
As a D.J, I couldn't stand anything by Alabama. Played every one of them sooo much
it made me want to regurgitate !!!!!
