Hi

That band mentioned by John - The Sundowns - no longer exists. 3/5ths of the members are now in The Wynntown Marshals, a band which has a steeler, Iain Sloan.

It's a Rootsy, more alt-country type band. There's a myspace page: www.myspace.com/thewynntownmarshals.

I don't know if that's what you're after or if you'd prefer a more traditional Country sound.

Anyway, hope ceremony goes well!

Leigh,if you get in touch we (the City Sinners) might be able to help. You can find us on Myspace. We do a lot of Gram Parsons/Emmylou Harris material as well as our own stuff. Both Iain and myself have worked with many American artists when they have toured over here.My other band is John Miller and his Country Casuals, again can be found on myspace, doing mainly our own material with some classic country songs, I recon between us we can sort something out for you, would be pleased to hear from you.Regards Malcolm
