Chubby Howard's Show Coming Oct. 5, 2008 in Ohio

Chubby Howard's 11th annual Steel Guitar Jamboree is coming up Sunday October 5th, 2008. Players include Herby Wallace, Mike Sigler, Chubby Howard, Bill Ursell, Ken Holycross, Sonny Curtis, Wayne Hobbs, Phil Perry, Chris Castle a sixteen year old gentlemen from Kentucky, Rusty Rhoades and Jr. Mercer may also make it in for the show. Once again it will be held at the Eagles in Fairborn, OH Just off of Route 235 and Sports St. The show will start at 10:00 and go till everyone is finished. Tony Howard,Donnie Boggs, and Landon Williams, are just a few of the singers who will be present. Good home cooked food will be available all day long. A $15.00 donation will be asked for at the door. Everyone make plans to attend
it will be a great time for sure.

I Will Be there, Can't wait to see you again,
Phil: i can't wait to hear you and landon and the gang, we had a ball with you guys over here last month.
And i don't think i can go another year without some of that good ole Chubby Howard Pickn'
And i may be bringing a special guest of my own.. Not from around ohio, but from out of state...Chubby will be surprized for sure.

Hey! I cant wait to play at Chubby's show. I played at the central ky show in june with Chubby and we had a great time.

I'd really like to go to this show as it would be my first ever to attend and I grew up in Dayton and listned to Chubby on the AM station out of Franklin,Ohio. I remember seeing Mr. Howard playing at a club in Eaton Oh. around '77. He was using a Sho-Bud and "Christmas Tree" amp. If all goes well I'm going to try to make it. Don D.

Take Interstate 70 west from Columbus....to 675 south.......exit off 675 onto Rt. 235 into Fairborn...Eagles on the right side of 235 in Fairborn

I look forward to this show every year and have not missed one since the move to Fairborn. But then, its only two miles from my house, DOWN HILL.....
