desperado

Post by Dayna Wills »

Are the chord changes to Desperado the same on BOTH bridges?
1st bridge: Don't you draw the queen of diamonds, boy, she'll beat you if she's able. The queen of hearts is always your best bet.
It seems to me that some fine things have been laid upon your table, but you only want the ones that you can't get.

2nd bridge: Don't your feet get cold in the wintertime, the snow won't snow and the sun won't shine, its hard to tell the nighttime from the day. You're losin' all your highs and lows, ain't it funny how the feelin' goes away?
Thanks.

I'm pretty darn sure they're the same both times around. At least the Eagles or Ronstadt versions.
If you're in G starting with the passing chord going into the chorus D/F# Em Bm C G Em C G D/F# Em Bm C G A7 D D7
