Question about the Tele/Finger picks topic

Since I didn't want to hijack the thread....

I'm a guitar player, though not much of a country player yet, and I wondered if anyone had any good exercises for learning the flat pick and two finger technique that a lot of the good tele players use. I want to learn the country style chicken picking stuff and need a place to start. Any sort of repetitive exercise would be helpful.
