It was a fellow named Stanley Jordan. He was playing a tune called, "Autumn Leaves." He was playing two electric guitars at the same time by tapping his fingers on the frets. No picks or plectrums of any kind. He had one guitar hung on his neck in a conventional style. The other was on a stand similar to how one might mount a lap steel. Very hot player. Sorry, I'm not too good with this here new fangled computer de-vice. But I'll try to find another link.

Stanley Jordan is well known in the guitar world. Some love his tapping approach, and others don't care for the tone, which tends to be thinner and more percussive than the typical fat jazz guitar tone. He came to prominence in the 1980s, after busking guitar in the streets and subsequently being signed by Blue Note Records.

Wikipedia has other interesting info on him: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_Jordan

If you like that guy, you'll probably get a kick out of this guy as well. Same idea - better laid out instrument for this kind of playing IMHO.
