The only really obvious issue is the fact that the ask price is five times the latest vintage guitar price guide "excellent condition" estimate of $4500-5500. IMO, they also should not say "probably the only sonic blue tele of the time period" unless they have some evidence of that - stated like this, I think it's rank speculation. There is a sonic blue entry in the price guide for every year from '61 to '72. There may well be others out there from the early '70s.
That said, old Fenders have been outstripping the price guide for the last year or two, but this seems a bit much.
Of course, there's always a potential issue with forgeries with old Fenders, especially for custom colors. I can't imagine anyone paying any premium for a custom-colored guitar like this without a careful in-hand appraisal by someone like George Gruhn or Norm Harris. This whole vintage guitar thing has gotten pretty nutty, and I spent quite a few years in the biz.
