Chris Powell bass player

Does anyone know a bass player by the name of Chris Powell? I think he played with Johnny Cash for a short time in the 80's. He may have also worked with Billy Walker. Last time I saw he was working in Nashville, but seems like someone told me he was in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. If anyone has a phone number or email address, I sure would appreciate it. Just haven't seen him in years and wanted to visit with him a bit.
