Hey Scott Moon......any chance that picture was taken in Sept '05 ? If so , we were there . Justin did a great job on "Unloved Unwanted". All in all , a great weekend in Bandera that also featured Billy Mata , Bobby Flores , and Jake Hooker.

My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?
My original band in 1977.The steel player was playing a Fender 1000 I think. The lead player and bass player still play occasionally and still have the same guitars.
Book 'em Danno at Swallow Hill in Denver '05. I'm proud of this band. We play Hawaiian music, in Colorado, and get booked alot (but not by Danno!), gotta love it.
'Rounder' - Colorado, a 25 year tradition in the region. Older C&W. Fun times.
'Crossfyre' - Colorado - more top40 commercial . We back Doug Kershaw for shows in Colorado. We were his houseband till the club changed it's direction - ah yes, the music business
This photo is a bit small but this was a band I worked in with the late and great guitarist Ollie Halsall when I lived in Mallorca, Spain. That's Ollie on the far left, and I'm the other guitarist in the tacky silk shirt.
Since I multiple track my recordings, here's my band picture. If you look you can see eight of me at various stages of my life !
In the original picture I was eating an ice-cream cone at the top of a cliff. I changed it to microphone, and since my hair was blowing in the wind, I tidied it up. The rest are all clipped from live pictures of me playing at various places which I cut and pasted !
Former Sheriff Scott!
I got the photo somewheres in my files but don't know who sent them to me. I don't have any actual film prints, just downloaded shots. Let me check to see if I have any others with you in them.
The Chief will be at Scotty's, he's gonna sing with Buddy on one or more of his shows. I'm gonna embarass myself with a set, so maybe he'll grace me with his presence once more onetime. As Darrell would say, "he's the best durn singer you're ever gonna hear... in a long time!"

The Rhythm Rangers.
Starting left:
Me (guitar & steel), Rick Cutler (drums), Kevin Russell (vocals & guitar), Blair Hardman (Bass).
Not pictured is Kirby Pierce on piano.
Here's my submission...pics with a group that I fill in with up here from time to time...
Note that on the first two pics, everyone in the group is wearing shorts except for me. I drove straight in from playing a gig in Cleveland, OH the night before and they never told me that they were going to be wearing shorts ( I knew that they had a shirt for me.) Just as well though. I don't go for wearing shorts performing in a concert setting. (The first two pics were from a performance in an amphitheatre.
Me on steel...
From steel to brass...
Me on bass filling in with the same group approximately 7 months ago, and 30 lbs heavier. Man, get a load of those gold vests they chose to wear! on edit: Although now that I look at it, they may not look too bad if they wore white cowboy hats with 'em(?)

We rock the house!
Hey Bo, Did that "I love my p----" sign take the place of the, "Turn up the F'n steel" note ?
Have A Great Day !
