There's another thread about pedal steels so how 'bout everyone who plays lead guitar showing us their favorite or non favorite guitars. I have others but here's my favorite. It's an '83 Tele top loader with two Gibson mini humbuckers and a Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge position. The hot rails is tapped. You can see the mini toggle between the volume and tone controls. Also if you pull out the volume knob it'll put it out of phase. It also has Keith/Scruggs tuners on the 1st & 5th strings and a HipShot D-tuner on the low E. Last but not least, it has a Parsons/White B-Bender (short throw version)......JH in Va.

My Favourite topic!...that sure is a nice Tele... pimped to the max!...heres a few of my "gals"

Anniversary Gretsch... like a big ol' green milkshake!

A front view of the guitar in my avatar.

Takamine Accoustic

The wife... '68 strat... had her forevever. Every bad teenage decision there to remind me of the impetuousness of youth... first guitar I grab if there is a fire.

Ric 360/12 had toasters installed since this pic was taken... also been "pleked"... as will all my axes be when I get some dollars.

Line6 ... with Roland MIDI pickup.

Kramutant... fitted with vintage Fender PUPs.

Gibson Les Paul Standard... fitted with Axon MkII MIDI pickup

Epi Casino... (it's a John Lennon thing)

Danelectro Hodad Baritone ... as much fun as a man can have with his pants on!

The mighty P-Bass.
I have a few others, but no pics at hand... lucky forumites!

OK, some of mine:
Self-built birdseye Tele, still my favorite:

Big-sounding 100th anniversary J200:

Self-built OM-size, custom built for hi-strung "Nashville" tuning:

Rare Daion Headhunter, much cooler than an ES-335:

Self-built semi-hollowbody:

and my main acoustic
(actually playable, with reasonable intonation!)

I won't bother posting pics of my Epiphone Les Paul or other "off the shelf" guitars, we all know what they look like, but this one is something really special, I love this guitar:

It's a small bodied 'no-name' archtop I bought on eBay for approx $150, the seller in England believed it may be from the mid 50s and most probably made in Germany.
It's got tons of personality and more 'mojo' than any other guitar I own. The fat baseball bat neck is straight as an arrow and a pleasure to play...

Here's some more of my girls (and boys). The first is an old 1969 LP with a Bigsby Palm Pedals & 6 Keith/Scruggs tuners. (Note, all my guitars which have 2 volumes & tone controls have been rewired with only one volume & tone control, the other unused controls are now pull pots for coil tapping & phase switches.....
Next is a LP Junior which I'm in the process of trying to construct a B-Bender ala Frank Reckard's guitar........
Next is an old Schecter Mercury Strat with Duncan 1/4 pounders & a HipShot B/G bender & a HipShot peghead D tuner........
Next is an older Epi Sheraton with a Bigsby Palm Pedal & HipShot D tuner. It's also rewired the same as all my Les Pauls......
Next is an old Gibson F-Style mandolin with a Fishman ebony bridge pickup unit.........
Next is an Epi "Elvis" tribute acoustic/electric which is a great guitar and fairly rare.......
Next is an Epi Zephyr Blues Deluxe which I bought to do Scotty Moore stuff with an Elvis impersonator I work with.......
Next is an Ibanez Artcore which I also use with "Elvis". It's been upgraded with Duncan Phat Cat single coil pickups for a P-90 sound and a Bigsby Vibrato, and old style Gibson "tulip" tuning pegs.......
Next is a Gibson LP Studio which I got in a trade with a Forumite for a Dobro........
Lastly are two Epiphone Les Pauls. The silver metal flake model has been modified quite a bit and has an actual Gibson "PAF" pickup in the neck position and a "Dirty Fingers" humbucker in the bridge position. All the hardware has been changed to black and the plastic parts to mirror finish ones. It was done like this when I got it. I traded a MIM Nashville Tele for it..........JH in Va.

I have too many to post, (especially since I became involved with Ravenwest and started geeing all the freebies) so I'll confine it to just this one.
