We liked Netscape 4.7 Messenger but it may have caused some system problems.
I got Eudora yesterday but it seems to lack a couple of features. For example it won't import our address book from Netscape, and lacks the convenient "Add sender to Address book" feature. Also I don't see that it will auto-complete a partially typed address.

I've had 'system problems' with Netscape Messenger as well, namely periodic, unrecoverable, OS crashes. I was using some ancient version of Win95 and updated to Win98 (staying with my 'trailing edge' technology philosphy; hey my PC is a 133MHz Pentium, how fast does it need to be to read email?) and the OS upgrade cured most of the problems. In the interim I never found anything I really liked as much, Eudora included. I also would be interested if somebody knows of a client that works really well.
I'm on Lotus Notes here at work, with it's integrated mail tool. Not nuts about that either... but no choice.

EB, I use AOL for a primary email service. I also have an email address for Yahoo, MSN (hotmail), and Nestscape. I use Netscape 6 and don't have problem. Netscape is a"sister" server to AOL. I have no problems with any of them except, Outlook Express. I uninstalled Outlook Express. OE seems to be the carrier to 90% of all the viruses. Update your Netscape Browser and try it again.

I like Microsoft Outlook best (not Outlook Express, which is a very different program).
