File in "DiskXpress" image format?

Friends,
I have a file from 1996 of a laptop user manual in the DiskXpress format. It's a ".PRG" file.
Can't open it, and a search on the net only turns up DiskXpress as a company in another business. --Any thoughts? I'm baffled!
thanks, Joel
