BIAB V#11 - I Need Help

Post by Kenneth Kotsay »

Just up graded to BIAB V#11 and all is well except when I load a MIDI file, the chord chart is wrong and the song itself is way off base. I have tried different STYLES, muted out the various instruments and still the result are very poor.

I have tried about 7 Midi songs that I downloaded all sound great in CAKEWALK, or the Roland VSC3 but when it come to playing these songs in BIAB things are way off

"TAMMY" is one song I have worked on for hours with no results. The chord chart is way off the mark and the sound quality in BIAB stinks. I have been through 30-40 STYLES with out any good results. This song plays great in CW and when I use the Roland VSC3.

So what am I doing wrong or is there something wrong with the settings that transforms these chords from Midi to BIAB???

Good advice, Jim. Especially since that is a new function in V11.

The only other thing I can think of is to check your MIDI setup in BIAB. There are options for that. If you don't know where they are, go to the BIAB help file and it will 'splain it.
